Close your eyes, wherever you are.

Look inside you,
observe the darkness,
enter into you.

Feel your body,
how it vibrates, how it flows, how it grows, how it lives…

Breathe,
feels fill the air,
the breathing.

Being the present,
breathe,
being the present,
you are here
NOW.

Your body is already thanking those moments for you.
Go on, get inside yourself.
Further inside.
The deeper, the more peace, the more serenity.

Everything flows more intensely within this universe of serenity.
Listen, again, to your body.
To escape from the thoughts that call to you.

with your eternal vibration
which is your BEING.
